FAQ

Is BoreSheet free?

Yes. The basic plan is free: planning the bore, importing your locator log (DigiTrak today, more locator brands coming), and viewing and logging rods on the rod sheet. The one-page PDF with your logo and offline use are free too. BoreSheet Pro is a paid upgrade for the as-built packet.

What is BoreSheet Pro?

Pro is coming soon. It's the as-built packet: the as-built PDF, as-built map exports (KML, shapefile, GeoJSON, close-out ZIP), planned vs actual with re-plan, and edge of pavement offsets. It isn't for sale yet. Learn more and leave your email.

Is the plan an engineering design?

No. BoreSheet is a planning aid, not a stamped engineering design. Check the plan against your job specs, permits and equipment limits.

Does it locate utilities?

No. Call 811 before every bore, and pothole to verify utility depth and position. Utility positions in BoreSheet are only what you enter.

Does it work offline? Where is my data?

The planner works offline once loaded. Your jobs, company profile and logo are saved on your phone or computer, not on our servers. Optional lookups (company/logo, address search, ground elevations) go over the internet only when you use them. See the Privacy Policy.

How do I send feedback?

In the planner, tap Send feedback. It opens a pre-filled email to us, and nothing is sent until you send it. You can also email leads@boresheet.com.
